QUANTUM C&Sheld a workshop to reflect on the past year, prepare for the next, and strengthen communication and teamwork among members.
This workshop was structured around sharing achievements → networking → team building, creating a natural bridge between work and daily life.

💡 Workshop Key Programs

• 
  Each team shared their annual achievements and goals for the coming year, collectively refining the organization's direction.
  The CEO's philosophy lecture further reinforced the company's core values and vision, providing a time for reflection.
  Manager Ko Joon-sungwas selected as the Outstanding Employee. Though unable to attend in person, congratulations were conveyed via phone.
  
  
• Dinner and Networking
  Over dinner, free-flowing conversation continued in a more relaxed atmosphere.
  
  
• 
  Team-building games like Hidden Word, Yutnori, and Rock-Paper-Scissors fostered cooperation and unity among teams.
  Particularly, the Yutnori game, whose outcome remained unpredictable until the very end, concluded with a comeback victory by the Cosmos team, drawing enthusiastic applause.

  We naturally wrapped up the day by enjoying the workshop in our own ways—singing, playing games, and more.

This workshopserved as an opportunity to reflect on the achievementsof 2025and reconnect the team.
