QUANTUM C&S held a two-day year-end workshop to reflect on 2025 and prepare for the year ahead.

The workshop brought our teams together to review key achievements, share goals for the new year, and spend time connecting beyond our day-to-day work.

Reflecting on Our Achievements and Looking Ahead

The workshop began with team presentations highlighting major accomplishments from 2025 and priorities for the coming year.

Each team shared what they had worked on, what they had achieved, and where they plan to focus next.
It was also an opportunity for everyone to better understand how each team contributes to the company’s overall direction.

CEO Seongju Jeon also led a session on the values and philosophy that guide QUANTUM C&S, giving us time to revisit what matters to us as an organization and where we are heading together.

Celebrating Our Outstanding Employee

Junseong Ko was selected as QUANTUM C&S’s Outstanding Employee of 2025.

Although he was unable to join the workshop in person, the team connected with him by phone to share congratulations and appreciation for his contributions throughout the year.

Time Together Beyond Work

After the official sessions, the team enjoyed dinner and informal conversations in a relaxed setting.

We also took part in several team-building activities, including Hidden Word, Yutnori, and Alkkagi.
The Yutnori match was especially memorable, ending with a dramatic comeback victory by Team Kosmos.

Through games, conversations, and shared meals, team members had the chance to connect outside their usual work environment and get to know one another from a different perspective.

Moving Forward into 2026

The workshop was more than just a way to close out the year.
It gave us an opportunity to look back on what we had accomplished and align on what we want to build next.

Building on the experiences of 2025, QUANTUM C&S will continue working toward stronger collaboration and better outcomes in 2026.
