Building the M15X Next-Generation Manufacturing System Based on AI Data

We have established a data infrastructure capable of collecting data generated by next-generation semiconductor manufacturing systems and utilizing it for AI. We have put in place a framework to ensure that data from the manufacturing floor is not confined to individual systems but is instead leveraged for analysis and AI model development.
