Development of an AI-Based Automatic Judgment System Using FDC Data

We have developed a pilot system that uses FDC data generated by semiconductor equipment to enable AI to analyze and evaluate process conditions. We have validated the potential for linking manufacturing data with AI-based decision-making and laid the groundwork for expanding this into an automated evaluation system in the future.
